The GOP Limited team's performance can be maintained/enhanced only by continuously updating its knowledge and expertise, so we promote/finance continuing education, e.g., GOP engineers have upgraded to Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and stay abreast of code changes and new materials and technologies. We hold monthly staff meetings with professional development content. Finally, we employ co-ops, because it's a win-win situation: We teach them and give them experience, and they help keep us updated on changes and new resources in the field.
