KEY STRUCTURAL CHALLENGE
- Build 2-story addition while maintaining access to existing loading dock facility
STRUCTURE The building uses a reinforced concrete joist and beam system on columns.
FACILITIES The structure expands the Intensive Care Unit wing in the fast-growing Northern Kentucky region.
GOP Limited has worked with the St. Luke Hospitals for nearly 40 years-on projects ranging from a simple floor load analysis to major additions. Currently, we are also updating the 6500 square foot Linear Accelerator Unit at the hospital's East Cancer Treatment Center in Ft. Thomas.
