The GOP Limited team's performance can be maintained/enhanced only by continuously updating its knowledge and expertise, so we promote/finance continuing education, e.g., on code changes or new materials and technologies. We hold monthly staff meetings with professional development content. Finally, we employ co-ops, because it's a win-win situation: We teach them and give them experience, and they help keep us updated on changes and new resources in the field.
