KEY STRUCTURAL CHALLENGE
- Design 70-foot deep piles around sewer and floodwall in alluvial and fill soil location
- Coordinate design/construction of huge fast track project
STRUCTURE The 22-acre, 157-foot high, concrete structure has 7,500 club seats, 100 luxury boxes stacked in two tiers, two levels of hospitality suites, steel upper terraces, and a lightweight fabric roof canopy.
FACILITIES GOP Limited designed the foundations for the structure, which includes a seating area, team administration and training facilities, locker rooms, and areas for concessions and retail sales.
