KEY STRUCTURAL CHALLENGE
- Special consideration was given to create a design that could handle saltwater exposure (corrosion) and the probability of hurricane force winds.
STRUCTURE The project consists of a single-level enclosed regional shopping mall, adjacent strip center, and six out-parcels. Our design consisted of one cantilevered glass canopy.
FACILITIES There are 80+ specialty stores and restaurants under one roof.
