Michael A. Frank, President and Project Manager.
Mr. Frank has over 30 years of comprehensive engineering experience in the structural
design of buildings, bridges, and retaining structures, as well as the renovation
of existing structures. He joined the firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1988.
As a project manager, he handles the structural design of historic renovations,
government and institutional facilities, large industrial and warehouse facilities,
retail and wholesale buildings, utility plants, shopping centers, restaurants
and entertainment facilities, schools and university buildings, high-rise and
office buildings, recreational facilities, hospitals and medical office buildings,
parking garages, and special purpose laboratories. His projects have included
designs in concrete, steel, timber, and aluminum.

Douglas A. Crawford, Vice President and Project Manager.
Mr. Crawford has over 25 years of comprehensive structural design experience, including
analysis of existing structures, extensive renovation of buildings, seismic design,
and failure investigations. He has handled the structural design of government/institutional
facilities, large industrial and warehouse facilities, retail and wholesale buildings,
utility plants, shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment facilities,
school/university buildings, high-rise and office buildings, recreational
facilities, hospitals and medical office buildings, parking garages, and
special purpose laboratories. As a project manager, he is responsible for
staffing, quality control, and monitoring/evaluating job progress. His designs
have been in structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and wood. He has
also designed site drainage systems and retention/detention ponds, as well as
wastewater treatment plants. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Crawford
served in project management roles with other engineering firms.

Donna S. Wirth, CFO and Director of Marketing.
Ms. Wirth, who joined GOP Limited in 1994 and became a partner in 2001, has over 35 years of diverse management/marketing experience. She is the first female, non-engineer partner in this long-established structural engineering firm. She received the prestigious "Presidents Award" from AIA Cincinnati for her accomplishments in coordinating and producing the organization's information for press. The Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) named her "Marketer of the Year" in 2007; the recognition is given annually to the person who most exemplifies the skills, creativity, integrity, and insight of a successful professional marketer serving the architecture, engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry. Formerly, Ms. Wirth worked in the residential construction, consumer products, food, and advertising industries.
