KEY STRUCTURAL CHALLENGE
- Tie new components into existing facility
SOLUTION GOP Limited researched and analyzed existing structure to determine if it was adequate for the new loadings. Good communication and teamwork with the architect was necessary to complete the project in an expedited timeframe. The new entrances were constructed of structural steel and light gage framing.
FACILITIES The complex includes 150 stores, 20 food shops, and 5795 parking spaces.
