KEY STRUCTURAL CHALLENGE
This is GOP Limited's "bread and butter" type of work that involves:
- Ensure high level co-operation and coordination with other designers, contractor, and owner for large, multi-function structure
- Produce construction documents suitable for the "public-bid" marketplace
STRUCTURE The two-story building sits on spread footing foundations with composite steel floor and roof framings. Exterior walls are brick veneer with masonry backup.
FACILITIES The structure houses all city administrative functions, council chambers, police department, and Public Safety Commission (911 dispatch), as well as a community multi-purpose area.
